Our ego always blocks our own vision!

8 years ago, I was a confident, young intern.

I never had any doubt about my learning abilities.

I did well in my first job. But, what probably I never rationally thought about was – Ego.

There was a time when I had a small team of 2 people and I wanted them to work the way I worked.

I simply wouldn’t accept any other way, because my way worked.

I don’t need to explain what was wrong with that thought process.

Of course, there are different ways to achieve a goal.

In fact, there could always be an even better way of doing something.

This post is to inspire others to have an open mindset.

Just keeping a check on our ego makes a huge difference in our personality and leadership abilities.
